Julia Daviy is an inventor, author, and Founder and President of the Sustainable Innovation Council. Her work focuses on inventiveness, planetary innovation, and how we move beyond inherited assumptions about what should be built, scaled, and called progress.
Her work spans systems thinking, climate and technology, with a particular focus on how new ideas move from invention into larger economic, ecological, and institutional systems.
She is the author of the forthcoming Imagine Next: The Atlas and Method of Planetary Innovation, developed from a multi-year practice of creating 365 original concepts and investigating how inventiveness can be strengthened deliberately. Her broader work explores new approaches to evaluating innovation and the conditions for a more regenerative, planet-aligned future.
